Totally Transformed is blessed to have a dedicated team of volunteer board members and officers. Each one brings their God-given wisdom, talent and resources to bear in the planning and execution of the outreaches of Totally Transformed Ministries.
Lance Borden
Board President and Director of Marketing
Lance serves as Director of Marketing for Totally Transformed Ministries in addition to being the President of the Board. Lance is a real estate investor and brings marketing knowledge from a 12-year career in product marketing management. He also serves as a deacon at his church managing weekend service activities. Lance leads all TTM marketing efforts and manages the business of the board, in addition to executing the activities of the ministry.
Ray Panquerne
Board Member & Treasurer
Ray is a certified financial planner and brings wisdom and knowledge in the area of stewardship to Totally Transformed Ministries. In addition, Ray has led mens' Bible studies and has a heart to see men restored through ministry. As the Board Treasurer, Ray tracks and reporting the finances of the ministry in addition to executing the activities of the ministry.

Angie Nolen
Board Member & Secretary
Angela and her husband own and manage a flooring and furniture business, and they formerly pastored a church in northeast Texas. As a result, Angie brings years of wisdom and experience in ministry and business management to Totally Transformed Ministries. As the Board Secretary, Angie documents the board’s activities and helps plan and execute the activities of the ministry.

Bill Borden
Founder & Board Member
Bill Borden founded Totally Transformed Ministries with his wife, Connie, out of their desire to see Christians set free from lives of pain and bondage. Bill spent a career in commercial construction and also owned a residential home building business.As a former elder and small group leader in his church, Bill brings wisdom and experience in ministry and business to the planning and execution of the activities of Totally Transformed.
Dr. Connie Borden
Founder & Board Member
Connie Borden founded Totally Transformed Ministries with her husband to deliver the message of soul freedom to the Body of Christ. She is a licensed psychologist, author, speaker and former school teacher and administrator. Dr. Connie develops the content for training and teaching seminars and will lead the counseling efforts of the ministry. As a board member she also helps plan the future of the ministry.
Jeremy Nolen
Board Member
As a former pastor, Jeremy and his wife own and manage a flooring and furniture business, and they formerly pastored a church in northeast Texas. As a result, Jeremy brings years of wisdom and experience in ministry and business management to Totally Transformed Ministries. As a board member, Jeremy helps plan the activities of the ministry.
Julie Borden
Board Member & Event Director
Julie is a stay at home Mom and a former elementary school teacher, holding a masters degree in education. She serves as a volunteer women’s ministry lead at her church, and leads couples life groups with her husband. In addition to serving on the board, Julie serves as Event Director for Totally Transformed Ministries drawing on her experience planning women's conferences and events at her church.
Karen Holmes
Board Member
Karen serves as the volunteer women’s ministry mentor coordinator at her church, as well as serving at weekend services. Karen is a former systems analyst and programmer, holding a B.S. in mathematics. Her years in both ministry and business help her plan and execute board activities.
Ken Holmes
Board Member
Ken has a 45+ year career in the financial services industry in senior risk management roles. He is a retired deacon of his church, but still active weekly serving in prayer ministry and guest services roles. He brings wisdom to the board in the areas of business management and financial stewardship. As a board member, Ken helps plan the activities of the ministry.
